What is Mantle?

Mantle is a client-management and workflow platform for Australian financial advisers. It generates Statements of Advice from meeting notes and client files, drafts follow-up emails in your voice, and tracks policy renewals across your entire book. See About for the longer version.

Who is Mantle for?

Australian financial advisers — plus the paraplanners, practice managers, and administrators who work alongside them. Firms of one to fifty advisers are the typical fit. Mantle works best in practices where a small team handles the admin, because that's where time savings translate straight into recovered adviser hours.

Is Mantle a licensee?

No. Mantle is software. You keep your existing licensee arrangements, product APLs, and compliance frameworks. Mantle plugs into what you already have and adds a workspace on top for the parts of your day that don't belong in email or a file browser.

Where is client data hosted?

In Australia. The Mantle application runs on DigitalOcean's Sydney (SYD1) region, and structured data is stored in a Supabase Postgres database in Sydney. Client files are stored in Supabase Object Storage, also in Sydney. Nothing is stored outside Australia.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes. All traffic to and from Mantle is served over TLS 1.2+ with HSTS enforced. Data at rest is encrypted by the hosting provider (AES-256). OAuth tokens for Gmail, Dropbox, and Outlook integrations are stored Fernet-encrypted with a key that is separate from application secrets.

Who can access client data?

Only you and the users you explicitly invite. Mantle uses Row-Level Security at the database layer so each firm's data is isolated even at the query level — a bug in application code cannot leak another firm's clients.

Mantle staff do not access client data in the ordinary course of running the service. If you raise a support request that requires access, we ask permission first, act on the minimum necessary, and log every access — visible to you in the Admin Centre audit log.

What integrations does Mantle support?

Currently:

  • Gmail — read incoming client email, push drafted follow-ups as Gmail drafts, track reply status on outbound;
  • Dropbox — client folder file sync in both directions;
  • Microsoft Outlook (Graph API) — reading + drafting equivalents to the Gmail flow;
  • Google Calendar — meeting scheduling and calendar-based renewal reminders.

More integrations (Xplan, Salesforce, Iress) are on the roadmap. Ask about your specific stack in a demo call.

Does Mantle use AI on client data?

Yes — that's the whole point. Mantle uses Anthropic's Claude models (Haiku for extraction tasks, Sonnet/Opus for drafting) to turn client files into structured records and draft client-facing output.

Anthropic's terms specifically prohibit training on data submitted via the API. Every AI-drafted document lands as a draft first — nothing is sent to a client without an adviser pressing send.

How is pricing structured?

Priced per firm, flat monthly subscription. No hidden per-document, per-scan, or per-user charges. See the Pricing page for the shape of the model — final numbers are worked out on a short scoping call.
